Freezes every time you put a correct password in. As someone else already said - is this done on purpose so a person cannot get the magazines through his/hers library and has to buy them? However, I am sure libraries pay for this lousy service. Had to put a star in - deserves 0

Can not log in. Freezes after inputting information.

Work ok and able to setup several magazine from Ottawa library but stoppés working after up gradins to ios9.2. Lost all magazines previously uploaded and not have to downlaod all magazines a second time. Do not have unlimited bandwidth so not very good having to relia de several Giggs of data. Are you suppose to test these things!!!?

Horrible to use, poor interface, slow. At least it works (occasionally)

This had been a good app and I had enjoyed it but a recent change now makes the app hang up at sign in. Totally useless now! Would give it 0 stars if I could. Too bad!

But now, on the Ottawa Public Library page, I get a cannot access the server message, and the log in page in the app comes up blank!

I liked the old Zinio app (before Zinio for Libraries). This app is way slower, super buggy, etc. Biggest complaint is loading and deleting magazines which is very cumbersome (deleting results in error messages, “connection is lost” messages, magazines mysteriously re-appearing, etc.). Also can’t work with only downloaded mags. It should be simple to use, but it’s not.

Hardly ever works. The library does not respond.

Really disappointed. Was great until today. Getting error messages (action forbidden-403) etc. Magazines gone, cant download or access thru my library.

When it works its great. Keeps crashing so you have to uninstall, reinstall, then resync all your magazines. Pain.

I created an account and when I try to login the app dont find my email. Very frustrating.

I thought these comments were read by developers. Is that being users via a public library it makes us second class customers ?

Great concept (able to download and have access to magazines offline) BUT app rarely works; cannot permanently delete magazines, once downloaded if not being read for a while, magazines wont open, have to redownload the app...issues are endless...

This app is a Trainwreck. I try signing in with library credentials. Keeps telling me the password is wrong. I try hitting " forget password" but nothing happens?? Awful app.

Last update broke this app. I cant log in, I get a white screen after tapping the Login button. I cant get any further. Looking at the reviews, it looks like Im not the only one having these issues. Developers, fix this ASAP.

Crashes frequently, "403" errors, tries to download four years of magazines upon reinstall of app. Doesnt anybody test before publishing?

Once again after new update to fix bugs still Cant login. "Forgot password"doesnt work Neither does "need support".Please fix password issues and login issues a.s.a.p.

I cant login. Get get pass the login page screen freezes. Please fix it !!
